As manager of the TBall team, Trevor implemented giving a “game ball” to one player after each game for playing well. Our kids are 5 & 6 years old, and they love it. After each game they gather with anticipation to see if their name will be called. And yes, each week, there are disappointed kids and even a few tears, but they know everyone will get a ball by the end of the season.

Last Wednesday night, Hollister got it. He was THRILLED! He has really wanted it and each game mentioned it and yes, shed a few tears. But, this past game he hustled to try and get the ball and made some good stops.
I know you can't see it, but the ball is dated and our team name and team we played are on it as well.
